Web Help Desk Mobile allows your Apple iOS device to receive SMS notifications from SolarWinds Web Help Desk whenever a customer ticket is created or updated.

Web Help Desk Mobile is an integrated feature and is not offered as a separate application. To start receiving SMS updates, a user account on a compatible server running SolarWinds Web Help Desk version 12.1 or higher, along with an Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) certificate, are required.
To access SolarWinds Web Help Desk and obtain the latest APNS certificate, please visit the SolarWinds Customer Portal at https://customerportal.solarwinds.com.

SolarWinds Web Help Desk is a web-based automated ticketing system designed to streamline IT support requests for both internal and external customers. It includes features such as email ticket creation, automated ticket assignment and escalation, asset management, incident, and problem management.
