Web Help Desk Mobile allows your Apple iOS device to receive SMS notifications from SolarWinds Web Help Desk whenever a customer ticket is created or updated.

• Web Help Desk Mobile is an integrated feature and is not offered as a separate application. To start receiving SMS updates, a user account on a compatible server running SolarWinds Web Help Desk version 12.1 or higher, along with an Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) certificate, are required.
